These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services you purchase from Dominate Local Search & AI ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
We accept a maximum of 5 new clients per month. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed for market viability, and we will notify you whether your application is approved. No agreement exists until your application is accepted and your first payment is made.

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change for new clients; your agreed price is fixed for the term of your active subscription.
Setup fees are payable before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google or Meta is paid by you directly to those platforms and is separate from our fees. Late or failed payments may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
After onboarding and your strategy call, we begin work promptly. Initial results are typically visible within the first two weeks, and you receive a written report every month covering the work completed and your traffic performance. Either party may cancel an ongoing monthly service with 14 days' written notice; setup fees and fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to any accounts or assets we reasonably need (such as your website, Google Business Profile, or ad accounts), and to review and approve material that represents your business. You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply to us.
Search rankings, ad performance, and traffic depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and ad platform algorithm changes and competitor activity. While we apply proven processes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. See our Disclaimer for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Upon full payment, the website and campaign assets we build for you are yours to use for your business. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, tools, and non-confidential know-how developed while providing services.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the most recent "Last updated" date applies to new agreements; material changes for existing clients will be communicated by email.
